Delivery and Shipping time
If purchased product is in stock, it will be shipped out to you in two working days after we receive your payment.
If products are not available in stock at the date of order, they will be produced for you, and shipped out within reasonable time. Exact manufacturing time depends on total quantity ordered ad usually takes 2-3 weeks.
You will be informed about delivery time by email within two working days from your order date.
Transport cost stated in our shop, and charged to you include standard packaging (we take good care to pack your products safely and to ensure they do not get damaged). If you have any additional cost such as customs fee, import duties, import taxes, those cost can not be estimated and can not and will not be charged by us, because they depend on recipients country rules and laws and we have no control of it.
Transport time (the actual time your products will travel from us to you) is determined by courier. For standard deliveries we use National Post Service and it usually is:
- 2 days for domestic (Croatia) parcels
- 5-7 days for EU based customers
- 15-20 days for other countries
- If you want us to dispatch your products by DHL Express, UPS Express or similar please write this in your order note, and we will get back to you with cost estimation. This cost has to be payed by customer before shipping.
- For each shipment we will send you tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment
Returns and Refunds
After you receive your product and for some reason you do not like it, please send us an email to email@example.com with request for return and refund.
We will do our best to resolve any issue you have with received product. If you want to return your product you can do so within 14 days from the date you received your package. Product must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging, otherwise we can not accept your return claim and you will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days from day we receive returned product. Please note that we can refund you only for the amount you payed for product. Shipping cost or any other costs you had to pay to receive your product (customs fee or similar) are non refundable. Cost of shipping the product back to us has to be payed by you.
Refunds are processed in same way you have made your payment.
In case you receive your product damaged, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your package. In your email please include pictures of item and pictures of packaging. If we confirm the damage to be due to poor handling of your shipment by courier, we will send you another product.
